The program covers a range of practices, including Hatha Yoga/Vinyasa Flow which includes warm-up postures, Sun Salutations, Standing postures, Balancing postures, and more. Additionally, you will also learn Ashtanga Yoga Postures such as Sun Salutations A and B, the standing and sitting sequence, and the entire Ashtanga Primary Series.

We will provide yoga mats and other props for your use during the training, but if you prefer to use your own, you are welcome to bring them.
