Accommodation

Shared or private rooms on campus for the full duration of your training. Clean, comfortable, and designed for a focused yogic routine. Your room is available from the evening before your course start date.

Sattvic meals — three times daily

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are provided throughout the training. All meals follow a sattvic diet — fresh, vegetarian, and designed to support your practice. Dietary requirements (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free) are accommodated on request.

Yoga Alliance USA certification

On successful completion of your programme, you receive a certificate registered with Yoga Alliance USA. This allows you to register as an RYT 200, RYT 300, or RYT 500 (depending on your course) and teach yoga professionally anywhere in the world.

Study materials

Course manual, notebook, and reference materials for your programme are provided at no extra cost. These are yours to keep after the training.

Weekend excursions

Guided excursions on days off — visits to temples, the Ganges ghats, Himalayan viewpoints, and local Rishikesh experiences. These are included in your fee and are a valued part of the immersion.
