Duration: 25 days (1st – 25th of each month).

The 300 hour yoga teacher training is an advanced course for certified 200 hour graduates. It helps them deepen their own practice and their teaching skills. When you finish, you can register as RYT 500 with Yoga Alliance. It is the highest teaching credential in yoga worldwide.

Duration: 27 days (1st – 27th of each month).
Prerequisite: Completed 200 hour yoga teacher training from any Yoga Alliance registered school.
Course style: Ashtanga Vinyasa, advanced asana, yoga philosophy, pranayama, meditation, advanced anatomy, teaching skills.

The 500 hour yoga teacher training is the most advanced and complete live-in course at Rishikesh Yog Nirvana. It joins the 200 hour and 300 hour modules into one 56-day training with no break. It is the most direct path to an RYT 500 certificate. Beginners and seasoned yogis can both join. No prior certificate is needed.

Duration: 56 days — continuous (200 Hour module + 300 Hour module combined).

What’s Included in Every Course Fee

Every course at Rishikesh Yog Nirvana is fully residential and all-inclusive. There are no add-on charges for the items below. What you see in the fee table is what you pay.

Accommodation

Shared or private rooms on campus for the full length of your training. They are clean, cosy and set up for a calm, focused routine. Your room is ready from the evening before your course starts.

Sattvic meals — three times daily

You get breakfast, lunch and dinner each day of the training. All meals follow a sattvic diet. They are fresh, vegetarian and made to support your practice. We can meet special diets (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free) on request.

Yoga Alliance USA certification

When you finish your course, you receive a certificate registered with Yoga Alliance USA. It lets you register as an RYT 200 or RYT 500 (based on your course). You can then teach yoga as a career anywhere in the world.

Study materials

You get a course manual, notebook and study notes for your course at no extra cost. They are yours to keep after the training.

Weekend excursions

Guided trips on days off. You visit temples, the Ganges ghats, Himalayan viewpoints and local spots in Rishikesh. These trips are part of your fee and a much-loved part of your stay.

  • Travel to and from Rishikesh (airport/station transfers).
  • Personal medical expenses or travel insurance.
  • Personal shopping, café visits, or leisure activities.

How to Book Your Spot

Seats in each batch are limited to keep groups small and teaching personal. If you have a month in mind, we suggest you book at least 4–6 weeks ahead. This matters most in peak months (October to March).

  1. Choose your programme and batch date — Pick your course: 100, 200, 300, 500 hour, or the 7-day Prenatal & Postnatal 85-hour course. Then pick the month you want to join. Check open seats in the dates tables above. The school sets prenatal dates, so use the prenatal fee section or dedicated page for details.
  2. Pay the registration deposit — A non-refundable registration deposit holds your seat. The balance is due on arrival. Contact us directly to start your booking.
  3. Receive your pre-arrival information — Once your booking is confirmed, we send your welcome pack. It covers what to bring and how to get to Rishikesh. It also has your room details and a guide to help you prepare.
  4. Arrive and begin — Check in on the evening before your course starts. Your first full day of training is the 1st of your chosen month.

The 500 hour integrated training costs $1,899 (shared) or $2,099 (private). The 100 hour foundation is $499 (shared) or $599 (private). The 85-hour Prenatal & Postnatal YTT is $399 (shared) or $499 (private). All fees are all-inclusive where stated. Your room and three daily meals are covered on the residential courses. This is far cheaper than similar trainings in Bali ($2,000–$3,500) or Thailand ($2,500–$4,000).

All courses begin on the 1st of each month. The 100 hour runs from the 1st to the 12th. The 200 hour runs from the 1st to the 25th. The 300 hour runs from the 1st to the 27th. The 500 hour runs from the 1st through to the 56th day. You can check in on the evening before your course starts.
