The typical length of the 200 hour yoga teacher training programme is 25 days, from the 1st to the 25th day of each month.

Our course does not require any prior education. It is a foundational course that starts from the very beginning, teaching fundamental ideas and skills. All you need is a genuine desire to practice yoga. While we recommend at least a year of consistent practice, even total beginners are welcome to join.

In our 200 Hour course at Yoga India Foundation, you will learn about the Sanskrit names, benefits, and proper alignment for each asana. The program covers a range of practices, including Hatha Yoga/Vinyasa Flow which includes warm-up postures, Sun Salutations, Standing postures, Balancing postures, and more. Additionally, you will also learn Ashtanga Yoga Postures such as Sun Salutations A and B, the standing and sitting sequence, and the entire Ashtanga Primary Series.
