We work to keep course dates, fees and content up to date, but they can change. A booking is only confirmed when we confirm it to you in writing. Deposit, balance and transfer terms are listed on our Training Dates & Fees page. If anything is unclear, please contact us before you pay.

Yoga is physical activity. The articles and advice on this website are general information. They are not medical advice. Please speak to your doctor before you start a new practice, especially if you are pregnant, injured or have a health condition. Tell your teacher about any condition before class.
