Students on the 200 hour course live on campus in Upper Tapovan. Days start early with meditation and asana, and continue with breathwork, philosophy, anatomy and teaching practice, with three sattvic meals served at the school. Rooms, meals, course materials, your certificate and pickup from Dehradun airport are all included in the course fee.
