The 200 hour course is the international standard for new yoga teachers. It runs for 25 days in Upper Tapovan, Rishikesh, and covers the foundations of asana, pranayama, meditation, yoga philosophy, anatomy and teaching methodology. Graduates can register with Yoga Alliance as a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200), which most studios ask for.
