Yoga Teacher Training by the Ganges in Rishikesh

Rishikesh sits in the Himalayan foothills on the banks of the sacred River Ganges, and it has been a centre of yoga for centuries. Our school is in Upper Tapovan, a quiet part of town where students live on campus, eat three sattvic meals a day and train in small groups with experienced teachers.
We run teacher training at four levels. The 100 hour course takes 12 days and suits beginners. The 200 hour course takes 25 days, the 300 hour course 28 days, and the complete 500 hour course 56 days. See the rooms and meals on our food and accommodation page.
