Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh: 200 and 300 Hour Courses
This two-minute film from our YouTube channel introduces the 200 and 300 hour yoga teacher training courses at Rishikesh Yog Nirvana, a Yoga Alliance registered school (RYS ID 238411) in Upper Tapovan, Rishikesh.
The 200 hour course runs for 25 days and is the usual first step for anyone who wants to teach. The 300 hour course runs for 28 days and takes your study further, with more time on sequencing, alignment and teaching. Both follow a full daily routine of asana, breathwork, meditation, philosophy and anatomy, taught in small groups so every student gets personal attention.
