Accomodations and Facilities

The ashram provides a peaceful environment for yoga practice due to its location close to the magnificent, lush Himalayan mountains. There are conventional amenities like shops, cafes, restaurants, ATMs, and organic food stores all around the ashram. Our lodging is equipped with all contemporary conveniences, including wifi, 24-hour security, and a library. During the entirety of the course, private accommodations will be provided for lodging. Clean blankets, bedsheets, pillows, towels, toilet paper, and other necessities will be made available to the students. We also supply all the equipment you'll need, including yoga mats, for your practice. If you'd like, you are welcome to bring your own mats and bedding. We also provide cleaning and laundry services for all of our tenants.

Making the appropriate food choices is a vital part of leading a yogic life. Many people think that practising yoga is enough and that they don't need to alter their eating habits. At Rishikesh Yog Nirvana, we believe that yoga is more than just a type of physical and mental practice; it's a way of life. When your food habits are excellent, yoga can help you get greater benefits. At our yoga school, we provide vegetarian "Sattvic" meals in accordance with the age-old "Ayurvedic" knowledge. Sattvic food is easy to digest, which helps to calm the mind and encourage inner peace. These meals help people become more compassionate and kind, as well as spiritually stronger.
