We provide students with a very practical 100-hour short yoga teacher training programme. The students will have the option to return for an additional 100 hours of yoga instruction whenever it is convenient for them, allowing them to finish the entire 200-hour TTC programme we provide.

No prior education is necessary for our course. It is the basic course and will start from scratch by teaching the most crucial ideas and abilities. All you need is a sincere desire to practice yoga. Although we advise at least a year of consistent practice, total beginners can also use it.

Our courses are designed to accommodate 15-20 students at a time. We do this to provide them with proper and systematic teachings of yoga and to ensure that each student gets individual attention and help from the teachers.

All of the instructors at our yoga school in Rishikesh are very skilled, competent, and experienced, however, they all have different teaching philosophies. You will learn something new and gain a distinct perspective on yoga from each of them.
