Refund process and cancellation policy As soon as you confirm the booking of the yoga retreat program (you can either make the full payment or advance deposit), we will confirm your booking. If you fail to attend the course due to any personal reasons, first you have to let us know the details via email. Once the payment is done, the amount won’t be refunded. However, you can join within twelve months from the booking date, but bookings won’t be done post-twelve months. Alternatively, if you have to leave the retreat program in between due to any reason, you won’t get a refund, and neither you will get the opportunity to reschedule.
